John is an architect with a strong focus on sustainable design and the integration of landscape and architecture to enhance residential environments. He has experience across social housing, retrofit, and sensitive infill projects.
His project experience includes Glenilla Road, a considered refurbishment and extension of a semi-detached 1950s dwelling in the Belsize Park Conservation Area, Kings Road, a scheme of nine terraced social-rent houses designed to prioritise sustainability, Walworth Estate Regeneration, a large-scale retrofit and regeneration project, and Bunns Lane, a build-to-rent development in Barnet for developer Stories.
John brings expertise in sustainable and low-carbon materials to his work, with a particular interest in how thoughtfully designed spaces and landscapes can create lasting value for communities. He previously worked at Cooke Fawcett Architects, focusing on private residential and cultural projects.
